Random Password Generator

Tuesday, 02 September 2008 14:14

SecurityA lot of people when generating a password usually use simple and obvious things such as their pet's name or just adding a number to the end of their name.

These sort of passwords really aren't that secure. The can easily be read from a screen and memorised or even guess by a hacker when they're trying to get in to your accounts.

Javascript Framework: Inner Fade

Inner Fade is a very simple JQuery based fader.

It fades elements in and out from each other using JavaScript and CSS.

Examples of this being used is a simple image rotation or ticker style text area where news and updates can continuously be rotated.

The images can also be used to display events. The images can also be linked off to sub pages in a site or even other pages on the internet.

MySpace email to ID converter

Ever since MySpace had upgraded their user interface I haven't been able to integrate my MySpace E-mail Converter Application to make it work with the new MySpace layout.

Unfortunately it isn't possible, from my knowledge, to convert a MySpace ID to email address or extract email addresses from a user's ID. Its protected that was so that stalkers can't track people down.

For all of those people that collect email addresses, e.g. email marketers, and then manually add these emails addresses to MySpace, this is the perfect online application to accompany your batch add a friend program.
